Full configuration
Navigation, collections, product templates, filters and search, set up correctly from the start.
Payments, shipping and tax

Price and timeline
Our Shopify website builder service runs from £2,000 to £3,000 and takes 3-4 weeks: a premium theme configured to your brand, the fastest route to selling.
What moves the price within that range
Four things, and you will know which apply to you before we quote:
Catalogue size and complexity
Twenty products with two variants each is a different job from four hundred with size, colour and fit variants.
Number of custom pages
The core pages are included. A long about page, a stockist finder or a size guide built properly are each additional work.
Apps and integrations
The essentials are included. Subscriptions, loyalty or a bespoke reviews setup add configuration time.
Markets and languages
One market and one language is the baseline. Multi-currency or a second language adds setup and testing.
Two costs sit outside our fee and are paid directly: your Shopify plan, and the premium theme licence, typically a one-off in the region of £300 to £400.
Process
Typical timeline: 3-4 weeks
Projects start from £2,000 and are quoted on scope.
01 Discovery & UX workshop
A working session to map your brand, customers and the experience you want to deliver.
02 Wireframes & design direction
We design the key pages before any build work starts.
03 Theme & custom development
Your theme foundation is set up, and the custom sections from your UX plan are built.
04 Content & QA
Products and content go in, then every page is tested across devices.
05 Training & launch
We walk you through the admin, then launch together.

From you
We send a simple checklist at kick-off, and you don't need to know Shopify.
Who it's for
Three situations bring people here, and the setup works for all three:
Launching your first store
You have products and a brand and need to be selling properly, not experimenting.
Shopify Store SetupRelaunching a store that stalled
Something was started, half configured and left. We would usually rather rebuild the setup cleanly than inherit it, and we will tell you which is cheaper after a look.
Shopify DevelopmentArriving from another platform
If the products and customers need to come with you, that is a migration and we handle it as its own service alongside the setup.
Shopify MigrationShopify Case Studies
A premium theme set up and tailored so a handmade leather brand still feels handcrafted online.
A switch to a premium 2.0 theme rather than patching the old one, with colour variant display and custom branding.
A premium 2.0 setup layered with metafield swatches, dynamic colour messaging and a promotional banner.
A 2.0 template set up in the brand's identity, with step-by-step training so the client could run it alone.
Industries
We work most often with fashion, lifestyle and luxury brands, and that focus is why our setups start further ahead. If your brand sits outside these categories, we're still happy to talk.
Fashion & Lifestyle
Sizing and fit, returns, drops that spike traffic in minutes, variant and colourway UX, and editorial imagery handled properly.
Explore
Luxury
Restraint over urgency, made to order and appointment flows, clienteling, and the international duty and delivery complexity that comes with high value orders.
Explore
Jewellery
Ring sizing, macro photography and zoom, gemstone and hallmark data, engraving and personalisation, and gifting.
ExploreWe also build for beauty, footwear and sports brands, where the same problems apply in a different shape. If you sell something else entirely, say so early and we will tell you honestly whether our experience transfers or whether another agency knows your category better.
FAQs
Typically 3-4 weeks for a launch-ready store on a premium theme, depending on how quickly content and products come through.
A store setup runs from £2,000 to £3,000 depending on complexity. A premium setup starts from £5,000 and rises with the amount of custom UX involved. A fully bespoke build is a different order of project again. We'll tell you honestly which one you need.
Yes. Premium themes are a one-off cost paid to the theme developer. We recommend the right one for your catalogue and buy it with you.
Yes. That's a Shopify migration, which we handle as its own service so nothing gets lost.
Shopify MigrationYes. We set the store up to be fully editable and train your team before handover.
We go live at the start of a week, deliberately, so the team is available if anything needs attention. We place test orders through the live store, check payments, shipping and notifications end to end, then hand over.
Yes. Ongoing Shopify support with no long contract.
Shopify SupportNo.
Normally 50% once the project is planned, 30% midway, and the final 20% on completion.
No, and we would rather say so than take the work. When we set a store up we do not skip steps, because that is where the quality comes from. If you want to keep the same theme we will set it up from scratch on the latest version.
Yes, directly, over WhatsApp or Slack rather than a ticket system.
Usually yes, and we wrote about why, including where it is not.
