Shopify has formally recognised us as a Shopify Plus Partner agency. The two terms get used interchangeably and they are not the same thing - a Shopify Partner is any agency registered in the general programme, and there are thousands. A Plus Partner is a much smaller group, vetted by Shopify specifically for enterprise work.
For you that means the team has already done this kind of work on real stores rather than learning on yours, and we have a direct line into Shopify when something needs escalating.

Barcelona base, London roots
We started in London in 2017 and moved to Barcelona in 2020, and we kept both. We work with Shopify Plus brands across the UK, Spain, Europe and Latin America, supporting multi-market, multi-currency and localised setups, in English, Spanish and Italian.
Most agencies serving UK brands do not work in Spanish. Most Spanish agencies do not know the UK market. If Spanish-speaking markets are part of your expansion plan, that matters more than an office count.
